Your first visit with Dr. Erica will include a comprehensive assessment of your healthcare goals, medical history, symptoms, current edications/supplements, and recent bloodwork (if applicable). An initial treatment plan will be given at the end of the visit that is targeted towards optimizing your health and reaching your natural healthcare goals.
